About the cottage
Built in 2022 and completed in 2023 The Garden Cottage is a stunning new 1-bedroom single-storey cottage situated in the market town of Hinckley, Leicestershire and can sleep two people in one bedroom (super-king or twin beds). The Garden Cottage is ProCon winner Small Residential Scheme of the Year Award 2023. The ProCon Awards showcase the best projects and developments in construction, property and the built environment in Leicestershire and Rutland
The space
The contemporary styled Garden Cottage has its own driveway (parking for 2 cars) accessed from a quite road in the Forest View area of Hinckley.
The tastefully furnished property has bright, modern and spacious rooms presented with some stunning touches which give this cottage a warm, cosy and homely feel. Inside there is a living room with open plan fitted kitchen with large breakfast bar and bar stools. There is one double bedroom and one super-king size bed that can be divided into 2 singles. A separate shower room and large hallway complete the accommodation. Outside has a small new cottage-style garden situated at the bottom of our own garden. The Garden Cottage is ideal for a single or couple visiting the area.
